Who is this program for?
This program has been created with busy mothers, (and mothers-to-be!) in mind, with short videos and exercise's you can do in just 10-min per day.
Whether your babies are in nappies, at school, or have left the nest, this program will help you overcome your symptoms & restore your core.
It doesn't matter whether you are new to exercise or more advanced, this program will give you the tools you need to restore your core.
How is the program run?
This is a live 12-week group program, with the option to add-on 1:1 consultations as needed. You will have access to a fortnightly coaching call & a private Facebook group for questions & support.
Each week a new module will be released, which will include:
- Educational video for the topic of each week
- Instructional exercise videos + PDF program printouts
As a bonus, you will also receive x4 exercise programs that guide you from Phase 1 right through to Phase 4. All exercises are low impact and require little to no equipment.

Hi, I'm Ngaire!
I’ve always believed that everything in the body, mind & environment is connected.
As a mother, a health professional, and someone who has lived experience with chronic pain & pelvic health issues, I know too well that to resolve pain & heal the physical body, we need a whole-person approach.
I believe our modern healthcare system is failing women & families.
Therefore, I use my knowledge & experience of western biomedical healthcare + social & emotional wellbeing & other holistic practices to empower Mama's to rediscover themselves, heal the most sacred part of their body, & thrive (not just survive!) in motherhood.
My services will help you overcome pain & dysfunction, build strength, resilience & confidence, to support you on your maiden-to-mother transformation...no matter what stage of your journey!
With over 15 years professional experience in Allied Health, a robust academic background, a sharp intuition & a big heart, Ngaire is able to offer a truly unique experience for women.
