Who is it for?

  • Any mama who wants to improve her strength & fitness but is short on time
  •  Any mama who spends time regularly at playgrounds (and gets bored)
  • Any mama who dislikes the gym, group fitness or prefers outdoor exercise

 

 What does it include?

  • Each week for four weeks, you will receive a simple exercise program that you can do at your local park, using nothing more than a picnic table or park equipment (or home).
  • Your challenge is to do the exercise routine 2-3x in a week.
  • The exercise routines will be short, simple, and pelvic floor / postnatal safe.
  • Private facebook community group so we can share, motivate and support each other!
